Deepika Padukone is an Indian film actress and model. And currently she is the bollywood's highest-paid actress. She started her career with Hindi films and also won many awards in the film industry, including three Filmfare Awards. She features in listings of the nation's most popular personalities, and Time named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2018.

Her father Prakash Padukone is a former international badminton player and Mother Ujwala was a travel agent. Her younger sister Anisha is a golf player. Her grandfather Ramesh was the secretary of the Mysore Badminton Association. Later, her family shifted to Bangalore, at that time Deepika was just 1 year old. She took elementary education from Sophia High School in Bangalore and completed university studies from Mount Carmel College. She later went to Indira Gandhi National Open University to get a Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology, but later she left it in the middle to make a career in modeling. Deepika worked as a child model while she was in school, first she had 2 advertisements at that time she was 8 years old.
